Phul Tarne Ekadashi In Nepal Pokhara Ramghat, on Saturday, the 15th of Kartik, Ekadashi fell and is also known as Phul Tarne Ekadashi or Tulsi’s wedding. This is because it is done according to Hindu scriptures. On this day, I went to Ramghat in Pokhara. Since there is a Seti river, the Ganga, people from different places come to the Ramghat temple and take a walk there. They also take the Tulsi to the river and wash it away.
On this day, people come from different places, and eight teams come together. The teams come and go to the river, bathe there, throw it away, and throw the Tulsi in waves. They also perform the Tulsi wedding. This is because it is done according to Hindu scriptures.
I went to Ramghat and went to a place called Gita Mandir in Ramghat, and I was working and studying there. And there was also worship, and various people used to go there and offer flowers and have darshan. And the one there was already finished around one o’clock, and by the time we reached there, it was almost 3 o’clock, and by the time we went to the river and bathed, it was almost 3 o’clock.
On that day, many people from many castes used to come and go. There was a lot of crowd since morning, and there were just as many people, and because there were so many people there, I saw a lot of people.
Also, people I knew and people I didn’t know met there, and all the people there formed a group of Tulsi and walked there and took people to the area around the market and took them to Ramghat.
Thank you for your sharing. I am worried that I lack creative ideas. It is your article that makes me full of hope. Thank you. But, I have a question, can you help me?
