The collaboration comes as Talent Connects plans to integrate FuseMachines’ Interview Agent into its platform.
More than 300 business customers worldwide will benefit from this. FuseMachines’ Interview Agent is designed to assist recruiters and hiring managers during interviews.
The use of this technology is expected to help organisations conduct more systematic, consistent, and effective interviews, enabling hiring teams to make faster and more accurate decisions.
The collaboration will provide seamless access to FusionMachines’ AI-powered interview intelligence in Talent Connect’s hiring workflow.
Both companies also plan to evaluate additional AI capabilities to improve recruiting and HR workflows further.
