Daraz’s hub is also in Pokhara and the centre is in Naya Bazaar in Pokhara you can go there and buy goods and pick up goods, you can do everything from there and you can also go there and ask your questions.
It starts at 9:15 in the morning and opens after 9, so people go there and do their work. I had a lot of stuff and some people were reforming and some people were just picking up their stuff.
Two days ago, I did it through the app for the reform. But since people didn’t come, I had to go myself. And I thought it would be easier if I went myself, so I did it for the sake of convenience.
It is easy to say that my goods have been sent there, and after sending them there, they can be given to the people immediately, and from there they are sent to the company for further processing, and only after all the details are updated by the company, I can refund proceed with the process.
